ramp (to create an eye)

In this example, a simple eyeball shader is created using a ramp. A fractal is created with repeats set to 3 and 6.5 to give it the stretched out appearance. Color offset in the fractal was adjusted for the brown shades. The fractal is then connected to the color entry on the ramp just after the black pupil color. Using a gradient transition the fractal blends into a solid brown color. To keep sharp transition from the pupil to the iris, and iris to white surface, additional color entries are added to the ramp and positioned very close together.
