What to present:

2 rough storyboard ideas and 2 concept sketches, 10 resource images, and statement of intention. As a group, refine direction of each Capstone.

Use both sides of an 18"x24" Foam Board, 3x5 index cards, 20 each side. Bring to class and review, also snap a pic and upload content here:

 

week 3

ProgressReport2 (10% finished pre-production)

Give your Second Progress Report.

What to present:

Digitized version of your chosen storyboard*. 2 new concept sketches for chosen direction, upload more resource images, refine statement of intention if changes occured. Critique will finalize the direction of ideas and future work.

*Modify or redraw your card storyboard into digitally presentable images. Use any storyboard software or format that you wish.

ProgressReport3 (20% finished preproduction and animatic)

Give your Third Progress Report

What to present:

An Animatic. Arrange all images into an animatic. Critique will given to improve, work on, edit, guide and construct work and changes, and create new work goals for each student. Begin using shotlist to name storyboard scenes. Upload any new development files: puppets, characters, rigs, backgrounds, and resources images.

Animatic showing refined and new work cut into it. Scratch audio must be present, and if dialog, scratch voice acting must be present.
