Highly recommended: keep your project at a manageable length. Quality will be measured as achieved goals, not wishes.

Over-ambitious and under-ambitious goals will be rejected. Projected and reached goals will be evaluated case by case, whether working in groups or solo.

IF YOU ARE WORKING SOLO, BE ADVISED:

(1-2 minutes may be ambitious for an ornately illustrated and/or exquisitely animated work. 6-7 minutes of this may be over-ambitious. Whereas 6-7 min of minimal or process-driven animation may be under-ambitious. Time-goal measurement is case by case. Quality is always set over quantity and/or mediocrity.
